The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) has open registrations for four training courses that combine practice and study autonomy, all in self-study mode, with registration deadline until October 30th.
Because it is a distance model, learning occurs autonomously, allowing each student to access the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) of the School and set their own pace, location and time of study.
Two of these activities are focused on the use of the Eproc System, with specific classes for those who work in the 1st and 2nd Degrees. The courses were designed to guide the correct handling of the system and proper procedural movement, with videotaped lessons and conduction of facilitators in the area. With 500 vacancies available for each class, the training is directed to magistrates and civil servers, also including legal residents and trainees of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.
Another course with open registrations is "Getting to know Google Workspace: Online collaboration and Cloud Storage", with a workload of 25 hours. In its second class, the proposal is to train for the introductory and practical use of the main tools (such as Gmail, Chat, Agenda/Meet, Drive and collaborative documents), strengthening productivity and institutional communication. The video classes were recorded by the facilitator and judicial technician of the TJTO, Denis da Silva Passos, located in the Division of Administration and Network Security (DASR), responsible for the management of the Google Workspace platform at the Court.
Closing the list, Esmat also opened registrations for another class of the course on "Preparation for Teleworking", with contents focused on routine organization, time management, communication, information security, health and administrative requirements of the teleworking regime in PJTO the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.
